Weather

Sunny and breezy. Wind kept things cool up high, but out of the wind below treeline the air temperature felt pretty warm.

Snowpack

Snow surface was dry to moist on SE and E aspects we traveled on near and above treeline. Things were getting a bit wetter later in the afternoon below treeline as we returned to the trailhead.
