Sledded into the Bryan Lake coll then skinned up onto to the Tiaya N Glacier, skied a south facing couloir from the west sub-summit to the South Glacier before ascending the South shoulder of Taiya and skiing the East Face down to the Crater lake. Light north winds kept temps cool even through the sun was strong. The surface below treeline was moist by the end of the day. We encountered a variety of hard previously wind effected surfaces, starting to facet in sheltered terrain. Primary avalanche concern for the day was smaller hard slabs in steep/unsupported terrain. No signs of instability but sharpen you edges!
