Rode the sleds into the Kimberley Fireguard. Parked at the 7km gate on the road. Road sleds to the end of Mark South road, got to cut block to cut over to fireguard. Not enough snow to sled across the block, stumps, deadfall everywhere. Was a deathtrap to sled or ski. Barely 30-40cm at 1850m in this area. Skiable snow doesn't start until 2100m.
