Snowpack
Dug a test pit at 11600, NW aspect, 20 degree slope, leeward side of a ridgeline. Snow depth 290cm, pit was dug 150cm deep from surface. ECTN12 17cm from surface, ECTN22 20cm from surface. Found a graupel layer 90cm down from surface. Fist hardness layer 15cm deep, progressively harder snow going lower into the midpack.

Saw several point release soft slab avalanches on south facing aspects above treeline
