Warm, light west wind, partial cloud cover

Snowpack

Ascended from 9700’ up east face @ 11am - less than 5cm surface softening with solid base under. Descended from 12763’ at 1pm down east face - 10cm ski pen with minor pinwheeling from turns. Dry snow on north aspect above 11400’. Wind slabs from earlier in the week had been cooked and were not a concern.
