Weather

Hot, corn o' clock was about 9AM.

Snowpack

We dropped at 9 on an east aspect and it was prime, wouldn't have wanted to wait more than another hour

Avalanche

1) WL on east face, deposited debris into the Whale tail. Happened on Friday afternoon (confirmed via pictures from another that didn't see the slide on Friday). 12.5k feet 2) U on SE face. Likely a cornice fall triggered a small wet/wind slab avalanche. Could see fracture line indicative of a slab avalanche, failed on dust layer that was covered by recent wind loading. 12.5k feet
