Spent 3 days skiing around Tunnel/McDermott basins. Snow was consistently firm powder with only 5-10cm ski penetration. Rode N, NW, W and E aspects with no noted instabilities. Pit at 1950m on a NW slope (35 deg, lee) produced CT17 resistant planar results ~20cm down, suspected buried wind slab. Snow was consistently 1F aside from a very hard melt freeze crust down ~55cm. HS was over 250cm where we dug but is more likely 150-170cm in that area.
