Did two laps of Engadine burn. First lap ascended from the main bench eastward more into the treeline. Came to an open area with a 35 degree slope angle. Excellent snow quality and felt stable, but lots of evidence of wind transport. Did a couple turns and observed some minor cracking and decided to descend the rest of the way through the trees. Triggered some sluff or a very small (<1) avalanche on a convexity. Crown was maybe 3m across and travelled for a few meters before hitting a lower slope angle. Decided to ski the trees from the bench on the second lap and the skiing was good, but pretty tracked out.
