A frozen snowmobile track on the picture foreground can help for sizing. A slab from wind deposited snow atop a hard crust gave way with weight of first skier of our group. Only one person involved, carried down for about 20m along slope and remained at top of debris flow. Skier extracted himself from debris flow. Crown seem to originate from cornice above the slope. Slope exposure south- south-east.
