Loaded slope. Ineffective ski cut first. Skier completed 3 turns on steep slope in a 10m wide 'chute'. Broke around and above the skier who had no time to try to ski out of it. Skier deployed airbag and was taken the full length of the slide path. Uninjured and gear was found. Temperature had been warm the day before (+5) as reported by others in the area. But the amount of snow on on the Lee slope was underestimated.
