You can ski on Kobau????

Snow is either concrete (aspects other than due north) or loose and faceted. There were very abrupt changes in density as you move between aspects. Steep climbs on the hardpack were nerve wracking, there was minimal edge penetration. Crampons would probably have been very helpful. Kobau seems to get enough snow, but the terrain is difficult to climb back up. There's potential here, but timing seems essential to have good snow.
