Snowpack
Snowpack in the middle of Dead Elk Couloir (SE facing from 12k down to 10.4k) was absolutely bomber and stable. After many winter ski descents in RMNP, I have never seen such a stable snowpack. No tests performed, but it truly felt like I had a resort snowpack underneath the fresh 6-8" of snow.
