I tried to get a few laps of pow on Pk 6 but ended up bagging it after getting a few hundred yards above treeline on the ridge. It was stupid windy there at 9 am, blowing all the new snow into dense drifts that would have been good skiing if it was steeper than 20 degrees. Cold

Snowpack

The snow was definitely getting slabby fast, so I bet it's really tender in the BC anywhere there is wind.
