Weather

Some building clouds through the day. Brought a little shade. Wind and cool temperatures kept snow surface ATL frozen till after noon.

Snowpack

Stayed well frozen till noonish, then began a slow softening as temperatures won out over winds

Avalanche

Saw the toe of a fresh-ish Wet avalanche off the west side of Peak 10. Guessing a day or three old. Could not see start zone but ran out of very steep rocky terrain. Debris looked like D1.5 size.
