Weather

Nice day until around 12,500 then a bitter north wind was howling. Otherwise it felt warm in lower elevations.

Snowpack

Chose to ski where there had been numerous sluffs and small avalanches due to the natural we went to see (ob in another report). This slide was triggered by less than .5" H2O (on Monday night) and then the sun hitting the slope. Clearly there are some very touchy areas out there.
