Snowpack

Our last storm did little to nothing to change the snowpack situation. Only a trace to 1" of new fell in most areas. Overall the snowpack remains the same: shallow, weak and variable. The New Year's eve windstorm wreaked havoc, leaving windslabs and crusts on the surface virtually everywhere but the deepest, darkest timber. Sunny slopes continue to lose volume. It looks like November.
