Weather

Blustery winds w strong gusts. Skies clear early AM --> broken by late PM. Cloud front visible just to west early afternoon, lowered but stayed over peaks rather than valley. Some snow swirls visible in wind on Nerly slopes, but winds affecting the snow surface rather than loading.

Snowpack

Winter snowpack on northerly slopes. Spring snowpack on westerly slopes. Summer snowpack on southerly slopes.

Avalanche

Some large, recent, very red piles of debris below west-facing gullies above creek. Some smaller piles as well. Looked 2-7 days old.
