Rapid weather changes : sun - cloud - wind - blizzard : resulted in a change of our descent and ascent. Stuck to strictly trees and avoided ALL alpine openings due to significant wind loading in past 24 hours. HS sub alpine ~ 160. Advised extreme caution in alpine regions. Signs of significant snowpack instability, especially above tree line.
