Clouds build by early afternoon Monday cutting off the high temperature at 36F after reaching a record for March 02 of 51. Cloudy, windy and mild overnight with light snow around 9 to midnight and then mostly blowing snow overnight with 2" new and water 0.18". Currently cloudy with no snowfall and steady wind around 5-8 NW gusting to 13. Temperature range 20-22. Snowpack at 45" with the new snow sitting on a hard crust. Well, we take what we can get. billy.
