Weather

Clear to scattered Skies, calm winds and high temperature of 36F at 11150 ft. Did not see any signs of blowing snow on peaks or ridges ATL

Snowpack

HS 90-120 cms. Cohesive slab/weaklayer combination in upper elevations of BTL elevation band (11100ft) on NE aspects. Weak layer has propensity for propagation: ECTP 22 and PST 30/100end @30 up. This slab was not present 400 ft lower at 10700ft. At this elevation, the snowpack was cohesionless to the ground. Nothing harder than 4F hand hardness and foot pen to the ground. No signs of instability while touring
