Knew conditions were poor. So played in what we consider safe areas. The one area had a small avalanche let go and we were a distance from it. Seen it let go and started turning out and could see local cracking at the snow machine. This was in a fairly dense treed area. Stayed away from all open slopes. I haven’t seen that area slide before.
