Snowpack

8” crust (1F - 4F) above 2+ ft of unconsolidated snow (fist). See pit. In general, close to trees collapsed under human weight even with skis, terrain far from trees more supportive with skis but often not supportive with just boots (would sink to thigh). Witnessed this behavior on all aspects. No propagation witnessed on any aspects.

None in immediate zone. A few observed on east-facing above tree line terrain west of our zone.
