Snowpack

Field team found 7-14" of freshly wind-drifted snow on yesterday's (March 31) crust on southeast-facing slopes. Reactive. A little dry snow sandwiched between the thin March 31 crust and stout March 26 crust (formed during last week's heatwave).

Avalanche

Saw 6x natural avalanches and triggered 4x avalanches on small southeast-facing features. Avalanches were D1 in size, but would approach D2s if on a larger slope. Breaking around a foot deep above March 31 crust.
