10:30am, northern aspect, 15 degree slope, 9,400’ (below treeline). 50 cm: ground to 20cm- fist, 20-40cm 4f, 40-50cm fist. Lots of cracking/whoompfing on skin up (I have a picture of cracking, but the website won’t let me upload. You can send me an email if you want it).
