Sunny afternoon with light SW winds and air temperature slightly above freezing.

Snowpack

Deepest snow depths exist on north through northeast to east facing slopes near and above treeline. Many southerly facing slopes are melting out or already there. Northerly facing slopes below treeline are thin. Slopes holding enough snow to ski or ride are supportable. Surface conditions are a mixture of wind-stiffened snow or unconsolidated facets.
