Weather

Cloudy skies, mild temps, and light Nerly winds. HST/W; 17"/1.2" (HST from CDOT/HSTW from Snotel). HS; 42" on new highway stake, 24" at Snotel, 6" at old highway stake.

Snowpack

Cloudy skies and cool temps at pass level seemed to keep conditions from getting too warm. Significant settlement in the new snow. New snow seems well bonded to old snow surface.

Avalanche

No observed avalanche activity along the highway corridor and at this NE end of the NSJ zone.
