Weather
Winds were light at ridgetop from the southwest. No wind loading observed. The sun poked through the clouds often, but skies were mostly clouds. More clouds in the afternoon than morning.
Snowpack
Storm snow has settled to about 12 inches on northerly slopes and about 6 to 8 inches on southerly slopes. The snow on due north is getting moist but not wet with only minor rollerballing observed above 12k feet. In the morning there was a supportable crusts on most aspects that melted by afternoon. On easterly slopes, rollerballing was more prevalent, especially in the morning with more sun. If we skied anything easterly and steep, it is likely we would have triggered a wet avalanche.
