Weather

Overcast skies with increasing clouds & RH. Light winds from the west with little snow transport. Initial rains in lower valleys with it changing to snow near 8400'. Warm & wet arrival of precipitation.

Snowpack

Thin snow coverage on southern aspects & below 8500'. More evenly distributed snow coverage above 8500' with 6-8" respectively. Surface melting due to warm ambient temperatures
