Weather

Mostly cloudy, Light to Mod westerly winds with periods of S-1 graupel. Hint of Spring in the air today.

Snowpack

RMP 11,100ft Asp:N/NW Slope: 39° Boot pen: 60cm Ski pen: 35cm. HS 210cm. Broken and hard compression test results ECTN27-CT29/CT27 @50cm on FCsf 2/6 layer. 3-5mm facets at the foundation are slow to heal in this one pit down 130cm. Best snowpack sample I know of in proximity to Silverton. However upon probing depths nearby HS ranged from 145-190cm therefore thinking specific/stubborn (NW-NE btl) PSa is still on the table here in the steeps.
