Spring like weather for the first time all winter. We have snow in the forecast but our top layer of snow has been in a freeze/thaw phase this last week.

Snowpack

On approach to digging pit found some pinwheeling that rolled 100-200 feet. On my traverse out of the Beaver Slide area I was able to start some sluff slides that broke down 4-6 inches and slid 100-200 feet. 145 total snow pack at 8545 feet elevation. 37 degree slope angle.
