Broken sky with high and mid level thin clouds. West wind light gusting mod with no significant transport. Air temp -2 at 1200

N, NTL. HS 40cm. All facets with the largest (2-3mm) near the ground. Cups also forming in bottom 15cm. CT23 Q2 15cm down.

Starting to see some small dry loose facet sluffs in steep BTL terrain.
