Weather
Snow throughout the tour in the range of S-1 to S2. Found between 9-11" of new snow and 0.9-1.1" SWE that didn't change much with elevation. Overcast skies, cold temps (between 10-15F), and light south winds below treeline. Winds appeared to be closer to moderate speeds near and above treeline with evidence of good snow transport in late afternoon when skies began to break.
Snowpack
New snow was low density and didn't observe any signs of cracking or collapsing below treeline. Drifts up to two feet thick found along ridgelines on leeward slopes but were soft and only produced isolated cracking. Open south to southeast aspects were scoured with hardly any new snow. Did not observe any natural activity.
