Broken skies, moderate NW winds with stronger gusts.
Snowpack
Light to moderate blowing snow observed below treeline. ~5-6 cm HN24 with up to 10 cm in wind-deposited areas. Found a 2 melt-form layers with one percolation column on a 28 degree south aspect at 11K. The melt form complex was resting on facets and produced repeated sudden results on the facets at the MF/FC interface during CTs. Dug a more formal profile on a wind-loaded ENE aspect at 11K as well. HS 110 cm. Repeatable sudden results below the February storm snow on facets down 50 cm and repeatable sudden results on the depth hoar layer 15 cm up from the ground. Old wind-drifted slabs have mostly faceted out.
