Weather

Mostly cloudy in the afternoon and warm with light winds causing saltation near and above tree line.

Snowpack

Northeast aspect near tree line had a HS of 100 cm. 10cm of decomposing new snow sitting on a faceted snowpack to the ground, with some old crusts mixed in. Compression tests produced medium sudden results down 25cm but ECTs did not propagate. No obvious signs of instability noted.
