Monarch Pass SH event

Found Surface Hoar (SH) on Monarch pass today. 11,200' SE aspects and little wind to remove it (break it down). The sun didn't seem to do much to move it either. The the next storm tonight, this will be a weak layer to keep an eye on. Get that shovel out.
