Weather

Clear, very windy. Winds were out of the W/SW 25-30 with gusts I would peg in the 50 mph range at times @ 11,700 on a NE aspect near tree line.

Snowpack

Windblown near tree line on E/NE aspect. Observed thin crust sitting over some weak snow, which was sitting on top of a stout slab on easterly aspects below tree line. Observed significant wind loading near and above tree line on northerly and easterly aspects. See pics.
