Toured on the east side of Spray Lakes. Broken cloud and very high winds kept alpine elevations cold; wind pressed/affected snow skied well. Lower elevations had softened by noon - nice corn turns. We did not observe any wet loose avalanches by the time we re-entered treeline. We were able to ski to the car with moderate bushwhacking.
