Incredibly deep snow made travel challenging, bordering on impossible. 35 Cm ski pen in flats, 50-70+ on loaded features. Could barely ski down even moderate slopes. The mfcr down 90 is definitely active.
Snowpack
Probed and found a very firm layer down 90. Whumphing was at that that layer, particularly near creeks. Storm snow was largely unconsolidated, no real storm slab observed.
