10 cms of new snow throughout the day on top of the recent storm snow made for unreal conditions. Heard a few whumpfs (oh boy, how do you spell that one???) but didn’t see any natural avalanche activity (although vis was in and out) and all the snow on pillows and in steep treed areas held great.
