HSCT

Great day on the HSCT. Snow quality was overall good and didn't observe any instabilities. Did see an old size 2 on a steeper slope just below the ridge before the descent. Very little wind effect was noticed in the alpine only a couple of pockets of soft wind slabs here and there on the west aspect descent. Coverage was great and we were able to ski to the 1 km mark on the fire road. Wind stayed calm all day.
