Avalanche

Knee deep- mid thigh trail breaking all day. Skied into an opening found a shallow section of snow 25cm fracture line cracked at my skis. I was able to ski off slope but it propagated quickly to my left and got much deeper in the cross loaded section. Lucky to not be further into it. Surprised us how far it ran.
