Skier Accidental Size 2.5 - Mt. Whymper

Reported by party who looked down from the summit of Mt. Whymper and observed the avalanche with someone standing on the deposit. Party skied back to road and reported to Banff Dispatch. Visitor Safety responded and were in the area on a separate call. Beacon search conducted from helicopter with no signal acquired. Three tracks seen exiting the area.No further action taken by Visitor Safety.
