Weather
Sunny and mild, but breezy where we were. Winds increased after noon, WNW 20's-30's gusting 40's, however not seeing as much snow moving - less available for transport.
Snowpack
The snowpack remains in spring transition mode. Temperatures this week have been on the cool side, keeping any threat of wet slides at bay. However, snow surfaces have received lots of sun with longer days and higher solar trajectory. Recent snow is no longer a distinguishable layer on sunny slopes. Recent winds have battered the alpine zone, leaving some areas stripped and some localized lenses of wind slab.
