Weather

Overcast skies becoming obscured. Moderate SW winds w/ light blowing snow. Temps near freezing @ 11,000ft all afternoon. S1 snow started @ 14:00 w/ bursts of S2. Most fell as graupel. HST 10cm, large graupel (3-6mm).

Snowpack

At 11,000ft crusts only existed on sunny slopes. None on shaded aspects. Water only percolated into upper 10cm on most slopes that saw melting this week. Very supportive snowpack w/ max boot pen 15cm.
