Weather
Periods of heavy snowfall with moderate Northwest winds moving the new snow around. Warmer temperatures in the morning giving way to colder air in the afternoon
Snowpack
Mostly weak snowpack with a softer slab on top than we have seen recently. In the trees the snow was barely supportive on skis with some areas leaving you standing on the ground. In open areas the snow was supportive on skies, but not on your feet. Shallow new wind slabs were trying to propagate, but cracks only went a few feet and a couple inches deep with no real releases.
