Snowpack

Surface crust breaking down and moist in mid-day sun. Some new cornice development and drifting with recent winds. Tomorrows warm temps should melt this thin new cornice. If not, any cornice fall will be small and unlikely to trigger surface wet snow. Robust crust at old snow surface has become moist and snow to ground was 1F moist melt forms. HS 50cms at this location.
