Snow pit at 14:00 Elevation: 11,240 Aspect: 270/W Temp: 13F Sky: OVC Precip: ranged from No to S2 HS 93cm 9 cm new snow over a stronger mid-pack (4F+ resistance) overlying 18cm of depth hoar to the ground. A snow pit profile is attached. Compression test produced no result (CTN). A nearby pit observed a CTH24 (SC) up ~18cm from the ground at 0cm on 3mm depth hoar.
