Back to Spring. Temps rose rapidly to 39 F by noon @ 10,000 ft and 28°F at 12,000 ft. (1400) Wind speeds were light to moderate out of the WSW (15-20-mph) .

Snowpack

Snowpack: HS: dropped to 68” Recent storm snow ski pen (2-4”). Breakable/firm MFcr in AM becoming soft and skiable around 11:00 on east/south facing aspects. Snow surface turning moist in afternoon. Roller balls and small WL sluffs on steeps. Avalanches: Natural observed on East aspect of Peeler Basin N-SS-R2-D2 see photo. Several small point releases off east facing rock bands in Robinson Basin.
