Did an extended column test on a north aspect @ 11,200ft 36 angle. Tested ECTX. 66'' base, looks like storm came in warm with dense 1 finger snow at the bottom of the 39'' new storm layer. Seemed to bond well with the old storm layer. After further prying the block failed on the depth hoar layer 50'' down. Solar aspects were warmed quickly with lots of pinwheels on the steeps.
