Freshies at Naumalten

Flew into Naumalten Lodge Valkyr Adventures. Intro little scout around day found 15-30 variable HST overlying also variable surfaces; old windsl, MFcr, and also well settled mid-pack. Snowpack very facetted near any rocks, we avoided these. Light wind affect obs at TL but did not visit ALP due to lack of vis. Skied one bad crusty line mostly west aspect but then found some amazing true north 38 degree skiing. Dug before dropping in, new zone to explore. TP NW aspect, 2189 m. HS 225, 30 degree open slope below rock band above trees. CTM 19 (BRK) dn 30 on density change - total recent HST likely since 3/18th. We heard there was a crust but that was below 1800. CTH21 (RP) dn 49 on df's. Couldn't see any SH. Lots of power sluffing on descent, but easily skier controllable. Rad skiing.
